During your 4 days in our company you will be shown not only the very best selection of properties but also a full range of facilities that you will be able to enjoy from your new home. These include the best beaches, marinas, golf clubs, shops, supermarkets restaurants and much, much more.

Will there be enough time to make up our minds?
Certainly! - probably more than you will need. As you will know from house hunting in your home country, it can take 2 minutes to decide whether you like a property or not. A lot will depend on whether or not you like the area. We will make sure that you see the different areas and give you all the information you need to help you make your decision.

When we see the property we want, what do we do?
When you find the property you desire, a deposit of around 1,000 GBP will secure the property at the price on that day and go back to your country. We recommend that this be paid into the client account of your lawyer, who will perform the necessary checks prior to paying the money directly to the property owner or developer. Once your lawyer is completely satisfied with the conditions of the sale, the purchase contract will be drawn up. Depending on which type of property you purchase - either off-plan or resale, you will then be given the payment schedule.

What if we don't like any properties or the area?
Do not worry, we guarantee that you will have no pressure to buy at any time. And there is no obligation to buy. Several of our non-buyers have subsequently recommended friends who have bought because of our professional approach and the total lack of pressure. We let the area and the properties speak for themselves - then the choice is yours and only yours.
